Legal Aid of Napa Valley provides free legal assistance to seniors, immigrants and low-income residents of Napa Valley. Topics include senior legal services, immigration legal services, and basic employment and family law. Each service is offered once a month on a varied schedule.

Family Court Assistance

Provided by: Napa Superior Court Family Law Facilitator

The Napa Superior Court Family Law Facilitator provides information and assistance in filling out forms to establish paternity, obtain or modify child support, obtain or modify child custody and visitation and request protective orders. Appointments are offered on a varied schedule.
